Getting error in Photoshop “Graphics Hardware not officially suppported”

I recently installed Adobe Photoshop and whenever i try to open i get this error “Graphics hardware not officially supported for 3D”. I don’t understand why it’s happening. I have a graphics card installed on my PC and it works fine. What could be the problem? Would really appreciate your help.

The best solution to this problem is to upgrade your Graphics card. The recommended amount of Graphics VRAM is 1Gb or greater however some graphics cards having 512 mb VRAM are also supported. SO you need to make sure that your PC has enough graphics memory to run Photoshop.

It is also possible that your Graphics memory is above 512 mb but you don’t have proper drivers installed for your Graphics card. In that case you should install the correct drivers for your graphics card and make sure they are the updated ones. Hope this solves your problem. Thanks.

Oh thank you so much. Installing the drivers for my Graphics card worked for me. Actually I had a graphics card installed on my PC but I never have paid much attention to it because I didn’t have to work on anything that requires graphics support. But now i know how it works. Thanks a lot.
